He is still in recovery and only has one out of 3 prosthetics he needs for his missing limbs and rehab. His one year time is up and is being asked to return to Romania on Monday 5/13/13. He does not have access to translators and is confused about why he s being asked to return to Romania if he is not physically/medically ready. Who should he speak to about an exception?
