According to CNN, a man hiding an assault riffle opened fire at a security checkpoint, at around 9:30 (18:30 GMT) reportedly injuring a Transportation Security Administration (TSA) employee in the leg. Passenger Robert Perez, who was about to board a Virgin Air plane, was sleeping in the terminal when rampage erupted, he told CNN.
