Maria Villar Galaz Dead. UEFA Vice-President’s Niece Kidnapped and Murdered in Mexico

Moments of sorrow for Angel Maria Villar, the first vice-president of UEFA and the chief of the Spanish Football Federation, as his niece was found dead in the city of Toluca after being kidnapped a week ago.
