Ubuntu OS is announced to make its debut on the mobile market and the first smartphone to operate it appears to be a Samsung (scroll down for video).

The information was made public by South African entrepreneur Mark Shuttleworth, CEO and founder of Canonical, a UK-based company which develops Ubuntu. He wanted to clarify that the new OS is gonna be available on a wide range of foreign markets.
According to ZDNet, the Linux-based Ubuntu OS is scheduled to be available to developers on a Samsung Nexus, as of end of February.
